Growing & Using Lavender - a Few Craft Ideas (more in Blog Link)

by Rita C. - Panoply
I've been growing lavender for 6 or 7 years now, and this year is a bumper crop! Here are some ways to use them after harvesting & drying: sachets for drawers (natural moth & other pest repellent); bath salts, sugar scrub, cookies, soap, etc. - or simply for display!
Lavender Sachets using vintage linens (hankies, damask tablecloths, hand-painted buttons)
Dried lavender bouquets, displayed.
Drying harvested lavender (the rubber bands are best to use, as they contract with the bunch as it dries).
