Some of the 'Characters' in My Landscape

Rita C. - Panoply

As my profile indicates, I love the hunt for vintage finds, and that includes items for the garden. Over the last decade, these are some of the characters that have taken up residence throughout my landscape as a result of the hunt for treasures.
Stretching Buddha, 'holding up' the Japanese maple. Namaste!
This putti stands 3' tall and weighs 250#! He wears a scarf in the winter. :)
Seated, thumb-sucking cherub.
Reclining cherub, under a gnarly, weeping cedar atlas.
Trumpeting cherub, announcing visitors (and in this case, Spring!).
Cast iron bunny - the best kind!
Dancing frogs, beside my lavender.
Random vintage garden items.

What I wouldn't give to have such a wonderful collection!!! I love the Buddha and the dancing frogs, but there is not one of them that would not be welcome in my garden.

@Valerie, thank you! I've been collecting them over the years - some are estate sale purchases, some are gifts. Last year, I found a cherub foursome that represent each of the seasons in some manner (a cloak, roses, grapes & wheat), that I placed last summer in the garden. They keep me smiling whether I'm in the garden or not.
