My Latest Project - Painted Sideboard/credenza

Porta Verde Studio
by Porta Verde Studio
This piece was a challenge! It was painted with a roller in semigloss acrylic. I sanded it then gave it three coats of oil to fill in the texture then sanded the entire piece by hand to get a silky smooth chalky finish. I then gave it one more coat of oil paint in satin sheen. Polished up the hardware (but kept some of the patina) and it's ready to go. What do you think of it?

I love your new credenza since you love black or dark bronze artistic pieces, the horse and your other item would you like your hardware painted dark bronze, I have been using a spray by Rustoleum, it trends in any style direction. I did handles on an island and the original hardware on my kitchen cabinets. I love the positioning of the items on top, PERFECT!
