Here are a few way to keep those beach finds & other treasures in displays around your home for summer - or year around.

You will need - A glass container of your choosing Your souvenirs - shells, rocks, sand, etc. Optional Solar Light (or fairy lights)
This first display is in a glass flour jar I got from Walmart. It contains shells from a few trips to Florida, as well as a shell from the 1933 World Fair in Chicago of my grandma's.
This display is in a blue ball jar that was my grandma's for canning. I have filled it with our shell necklaces from our Honeymoon in Hawaii. It also has a keychain of my other grandma's connected to fishing lure that was my grandpa's.
This was also a canning jar of my grandma's and is filled with shells from Florida, as well as some sea glass I found as a child in Lake Michigan.
This container is a Red Lobster glass I found at a thrift store. I filled it with rocks, shells, and driftwood from our trip to Washington.
I added a few colored rock stones from the Dollar Tree and the top of a solar light from the Dollar Tree.
It's a little hard to tell in these pictures but the solar light does light up all the items inside at night and I love it.
Hope you can use these ideas as inspiration to make keepsake jars for your collected treasures!
