Vintage Kerosene Heater Table

This vintage kerosene heater was transformed into a perfect table for my screened porch.
When I found the heater at an antique store, it had been painted the perfect shade of blue.
I purchased a wooden table top at my local home improvement store and added a dark stain to it.
The holes in the top of the heater made it easy to screw the wooden top on to create the table! The insides of the heater were missing which also made it easier to screw on the top.
The table is perfect between my rocking chairs.
What a great spot for sipping on some sweet iced tea and enjoying a beautiful day!

I know you said you screwed the top on but how did you get to the bottom of the screw to tighten--does the top of the heater come off.

    Thanks
