Re Purpose an Old Favorite Table

I loved this table , did not want to part with it but had no room. Mom says I have an art radar. I started eyeballing it and this is what I have come up with...
Took the glass out and started stripping the hardware.
Hung the table top on the wall to get an idea of what I wanted, installed white Christmas lights around inner rim
this is what I saw...
colored glass from the dollar store and lots of glue!
almost finished!
finished placing glass...
I like the eyes!
kind of what it will look like
Then I will fit it and brace in table top
tabletop on wall
so My Mom suggested I show where the table legs ended up~
On the wall of course, with the wrought iron wine rack I took apart!
Never a dull moment!~

    No its not, after gluing everything on it I thought it would be. I was surprised! At Linda P clear silicone caulking.

    that is a great way to reuse something. I am going to have to keep this in mind when I get my new place. Starting and Idea folder on how to decorate my new place.
