Historic Renovation

Historic whole-house renovation in West Chester, PA.
BEFORE: This room was transformed into the master bathroom.
BEFORE: This shows the original a root cellar (and later wine storage) below the unfinished basement. This became the wine cellar shown in the finished photos.
BEFORE: The original 1845 open air porch was at one point converted to sun room. Given structural issues, this entire space was torn down and we added a new four-season room (retaining the original ironwork from the open air porch).
BEFORE: During the renovation, we discovered that the top floor of the tower was lopped off at one point due to deterioration. Using historical records, we determined the original height and restored the 4th floor to this tower.
