I had so much fun using my syrofoam head the other day to make my young lady planter stake I decided to use my other one and do the same. So meet Moss...
He really a nice guy even thou. he looks a little strange.
I made them as garden stakes so I can have them in my garden.
Here is my young lady as a stake in my bush.

I just started experimenting with these. I tried gluing a pot to the top of a shaved part of the head...the glue (E6000) ate away the styrofoam. back to the drawing board. What did you use to paint yours, so they last outdoors?

Do you have to prep the head before you paint it? also what type of paint?

@Donna Hagen I just spray painted the heads and used acrylic for lips and eye lashes. She has been out all winter and she still looks the same.
