Farmhouse Master Bedroom

We have slowly been transforming our home from dark earth tones to light and white. Our master bedroom kept getting pushed back on the to do list ... until we decided it was time to create a cozy space for just the two of us!
We wanted the room to feel light and simply, yet cozy.
Here's the room before we got to work on the walls. When I first decorated this room about 5 years ago, it had black matching furniture and black accents around the room. We purchased this timeless Coleman bed from Pottery Barn.
We covered the walls with beautiful shiplap. What a great change to this space!
The simple browns help balance out all the white.
The faux mantle and antique mantle mirror help complete the room! For more pictures and more home decor, please visit my blog, www.shabbygraceblog.com
