A week in New England has convinced me that even I can grow blue hydrangeas. All you need is the right soil, sun and watering conditions.

Sensible Gardening and Living on Aug 13, 2013The west coast of BC is ideal for the blues.They literally grow in the ditches and abandoned yards. Here in the dry interior is another story, you have to treat them like babies. Still gorgeous though:)

Bro326139 on May 31, 2014My hydrangea bush has lush beautiful leaves,,,use to have beautiful shade of baby blue flowers...now last 2 years, 2 flowers..that's it! What to do now? The leaves are so huge and gorgeous we can't figure it out...it is my favorite plant!
