Answers to : #1- I (and my dad) drilled the hole first. 2. I got the corks from friends at church; 3. It's been many, many weeks. I'm waiting for my dad to give me the rest so I can finish the top line. 4. I'm using 65 per line. I think I'm on the 10th. It is a large diameter indoor pot, maybe 18 or 20 inches.

I've also made little stepping "stones" or trivet with corks using wires the hard way by weaving through them. I have a simpler idea but haven't started it yet.
