yes confusing, sorry. just saying that what was a hand helping hand scenario (with items such as field stone,manure, even petty walnuts) is no longer considered helpful. folks now feel guarded by allowing people on their given property for such self serving reasons.

so there is a hesitation by not just farmers, but other land owners - they seem to rather pay for a service such as rock removal vs allowing someone to come along and willingly load up and take the stone.
