Creative DIY Dog Gate~ Using an Open Backed Picture Frame

This DIY project was inspired by an open-backed picture frame that was just hanging out and taking up space in my storage room, and a new adventurous puppy! Super easy and I think much cuter than the standard baby gates that are on the market these days!
This was created with an open backed frame, plywood, stenciled letters, paint and hardware to attach it to the wall.
I used a Cricut to cut out the stenciled letters and placed them onto a previously painted wooden board.
I dry brushed black paint over the letters and peeled up the vinyl letters.
Attach the wooden board to the open backed frame with a staple gun and you are ready to attach the hardware and get it onto the wall.
