Common Molding Mistakes and How to Fix Them

As much as I love the look of molding, I literally start to sweat when I know I’m about to take on a project that requires angled cuts. Precise measurements make me nervous. (That’s why I rarely bake.) Fortunately, my dad and I created a video that shows how to cut molding the right way. Plus I share some recent mistakes I've made.
Jamming a piece into a corner to make it fit will come back to bite you.

I prefer using a stud finder to locate studs, then nailing molding to the wall using a nail gun. Liquid Nails is a no-no for this project.
