Make pumpkins - out of toilet paper rolls, fabric, and plastic bags! Click here! for the whole post on Dagmar's Home! Decorating our cottage for fall -- my favorite season here in Westchester, NY -- is always so much fun. While I like to decorate, I don't like to spend a lot of money on it, and I came up with a super-easy way to make instant pumpkins! You most likely already have all the supplies for this project. I used an old orange blouse for the fabric. Click here! for the tutorial! Making these pumpkins was so much fun, and you can even get your kids involved - it's that easy!
These are the easiest DIY pumpkins ever. People don't believe they are made out of toilet paper rolls. And aren't they cute?
Here are the supplies: toilet paper roll, plastic bag, fabric, and some yarn or ribbon.
Wrap some plastic bags around the toilet paper roll, then wrap it with the T-shirt or fabric. I simply stuffed the ends inside the middle of the toilet paper roll.
I decorated one with a knot, and wrapped some ribbon around the other one.
I added sticks from our yard to make stems for the pumpkins.
Ta-da! Toilet paper pumpkins!
Here they are: toilet paper roll pumpkins :)

i bought the Dollar Tree's "candy corn scarf" as i had no fabric and it wrapped perfectly around the T.P. The grocery bags soften the edges to make it seem more rounded. Any stick from the yard and a leaf or two! So cute & thanks!
