A Random Rose Bush
This is a random rose bush I just put in the ground in a spot because I had no where left to put it (for sun). It had not grown in 3 years that I received it from a friend who thought I should try my green thumb at rosebushes (not a good idea in a yard with 60' oak trees and varying degrees and hours of sunlight). Well, It has bloomed again and has grown 2 1/2 feet since I put it here only 3 months ago~right next to a mighty oak. As my friends and neighbors say "your thumb sure is green!"

Less than a foot tall and had never grown.

I just saw on hometalk this past week instructions on cutting back Knock Out Roses for the winter, as I am getting more forgetful--can"t remember when & how much to cut them back. Did anyone else see this?
