Guest Bathroom Vanity Make-over

Elisa
by Elisa
Needed:
Paint, Primer, Hardware and a $20 Ceiling Tile!
I wanted to redo the guest bathroom to make it look and feel like the rest of the room, which has an Indian/Thai flare. I previously posted about the inexpensive flooring I put in that has a old map/luggage feel to it, very travel-esqe :)
After Vanity - $30 make-over
Before Vanity Photo
Painting and priming the doors.
Cutting the ceiling tile

My bathroom cabinet is the before. I didn't see any specifics about: whether you covered the door front original cabinetry? Only picture, having removed from frame work/painting doors.

Can the peel & stick tiles be removed without damaging the original finish? I rent, so they'd have to come off eventually. Thank you
