EASY Beach Lovers Terrarium...

This would have to be the most effective table top DIY ever!
In 10 minutes a plain glass fishbowl vase visuals into a tropical beach scene.
All you need is a glass fish bowl vase.
Some white aquarium sand.
A pretty shell, interesting rocks and an air plant.
Put about half the bag of the sand into the bowl. Then arrange you rocks and shell as desired. Add the air plant and it's done!

This is a great gift idea for a 'beach lover'.

(You can adapt the scene and accessories to the size of the glass container you use. )

Visit Mia Bella Passions via the link for the full tutorial and costings to create this.

An airplant is an epiphyte (meaning does not need soil to grow in). They can be glued to driftwood too. It's a tropical plant. Suggest you ask at your local garden supplier as to where you can source one.
