Fruit and Vegetables To Plant In Fall

Seems like something does well every year and other stuff doesn't and it's never the same stuff so then we have to learn a bunch of new recipes.
In the South, vegetables can be grown all winter! Some of the most nutritious ones are Fall and Winter crops! Here are some of ours from past years with info on growing them and links to more info.

Radishes are ready in a month! And will grow where nothing else will. The tops make a delicious (and not spicy) soup!
Second year strawberries produce the most, so now is the time to plant them for the Spring!
Carrots and most root crops are winter crops in the South.
