The Colors of Illinois October

Here are the pictures of what is going on in my gardens, grasses are full, shrubs and trees are changing color and producing fruit, annuals are renewed by the cooler weather and some perennials are blooming again after a two month lapse of rain.

  • Your garden is lovely Carla. I love geranium "Roxanne", it is such a work horse in our gardens here.

    I love the color of Roxanne, its vigorous growth, and the fact that if shaded somewhat it thrives thru our hot summers, and continue to bloom until frost,,,,,,,what more can you ask, I use it everywhere but a full sunny spot !
