Remodeling Facelift of 20 Yrs

After 10 yrs of talking about it we finally remodeled. Hardwoods, refaced fireplace, painted walls and bookcases.It has been a wow reaction from friends and family. Paint cost $900, fireplace $450, and flooring $2900. Labor was included in all charges. Yes we could have saved money if we could have done more work on our own.
