Upcycled Pallet Wood Bench

This bench was created from 100% pallet wood (plus a few nails and a coat of polyurethane). Here are the basic instructions to build the bench, but a lot more information on dismantling pallets and detailed building instructions are available at http://upcycledugly.com/pallet-wood-bench/
Pallet Wood Bench
Dismantle 3 or more pallets, depending on the condition and number of slats
Build your seat from pallet wood 2x4s (usually the supports of the pallet). The length is the full pallet length and the width is half the length of the pallet
Add Legs with screws. Add a board between the two back legs for a back support (not pictured).
Sand, trim, and nail the slats into the frame (seat first, then back). Polyurethane/Seal if desired. Voila!
