Gather some old keys and use a vice to bend them.
The keys bend incredibly easy and can tear if you go to quickly. Start to bend at the base of the key and slowly work your way up with needle nose pliers.
Next, drill holes every 5 inches and attach your key hooks.
Drill two holes into the back so that you can mount it to the wall. Make sure the holes are level so when you mount it on the wall it's not crooked.
Hang your necklaces, scarves, keys or anything else and enjoy your handy work!

Love the idea! Am concerned about rough edges scratching or snagging. Pain to file edges. Some kind of clear coat? Ideas? Thanks!

Does it have to be driftwood or can we use any other kind?

How were you able to keep them from breaking? Did you hear them first or a little at a time as you were bending? I tried something like this a couple months ago, I could barely get the keys bent and they would start breaking, or snap.
