Polka-Dot Reindeer
I found this great little deer deeply discounted. The only problem was that it was gold and all of my Christmas decor is silver, so I decided to change that. First I spray painted the deer turquoise. After that had dried I covered the deer with stickers and coated the deer with two coats of silver spray paint. Once that dried I made a silver bow and tied it around the deer's neck. Now he matches perfectly with my ornament wreath and my front door!

To bring the deer 'to life' I would suggest adding some eyes. These can be easily glued on. Here are some examples:
