Ha, guess I’m in some kind of a burlap sign kind of a mood. After making the “lather, rinse, repeat” bathroom sign, I thought of my little pallet wood wine rack. It felt a little bland so, what better than a burlap rustic sign! I’ve been planning a do-over to my mini bar cart anyway. Think I’ll start with my wine rack above the mini bar. This took me all of 5 minutes
My little pallet wood wine rack
This is my little pallet wood wine rack. I just felt it needed a little dressing up in the front. A fun burlap sign seemed like a good idea.
A burlap coffee bean bag that I had
A cut out my burlap piece to the size I wanted. I have my own stash of coffee bean bags from our coffee business. Our coffee supplier stocks us up on authentic burlap coffee bags which store green beans before they are roasted.
My burlap sign for my wine rack
Took a Sharpie marker and wrote out my wording, then drew my little wine glass on the burlap. I peeled away one piece of the burlap thread from each side to soften up the sides a bit.
DONE! My new rustic sign for my wine rack
Then I used Foam-Tac, (which dries clear), and glued the burlap to the pallet wood. And... That’s all she wrote! Hopefully next week I can start my little mini bar project and, of course, I’ll share that one with you all too! Did you make the pallet wine rack? Do you have the instructions? I LOVE it!
