This house is 55 years old The last remodeled job was in the 70s. Time for a new kitchen and laundry room. The cupboards were free The biggest cost was the Laundry room hooking up gas line and buying a washer and dryer, New countertops the tile a new microwave vent for over the stove finally curtains and wooden Blinds. a new paint job we love it
