Can Wind Chime

You can make this can wind chime for very little cost, & it's easy to make.

You'll need cans of 3 different sizes - small, medium, and large per say.

Start by painting your cans. I decided to use some old Krylon spray paint we had laying around. You could use acrylic paint, or leave plain if desired.
Spray paint the cans and let dry completely.
Using a hammer and a nail or punch poke a hold into the top center of each can.
It should like like this when you're done.
You'll be using some twine, ribbon, fish line, etc to tie them together.

Pull your twine though the biggest can's hole.
Tie a knot in the twine so that it will hold the can into place on the inside of the can.
String on the medium can's center hole.
Make another knot in this can where you want that can to hang inside the first can.
Put the twine through the smallest can's hole and pull through.
Make another knot in this can where you want that can to hang inside the first can.
Tie on something for a weight for the bottom of your chime. I used a bell, but you could use a rock, stick, etc.
Make a loop above the large can to hang your chime from.
Hang your chime outside.
It makes such a fun sound when it moves.
You can see me make these and create more things with cans on my next episode of Hometalk's Facebook Live Tuesday, May 9th 5:30pm EST.
