From 'Christmas' to 'Winter' in a Few Simple Steps!
I gave myself a great gift this year! I did my Christmas decorating with the intention of making it easier to transition into decorating for winter. All it takes is a little bit of planning ahead and a few simple steps to create a warm and cozy home for these long months before Spring arrives!

Here's my entry at Christmas.
I kept the sleigh on the table, took the top off the Christmas tree and placed it in a basket. A mercury candle adds a bit of sparkle to finish it off.
My living room mantel decorated for Christmas.
And the same mantel decorated for Winter. All it took was removing the garland!
A wire basket on a shelf is filled with colorful ornaments for Christmas.
And here it's filled with some neutral colored decor for winter.
