A SRING GARDEN TOUR OF MERLIN'S HOLLOW

I don't know about you, but I am more than ready for a little spring! Today, I want to share with you a beautiful spring garden called Merlin's Hollow.
This is a landscape designer's home garden. Enclosed by a cedar hedge there are four garden "rooms". Each "room" is an enclosed green space that can be entered through an arbor.
The four rooms are: a Perennial Flower Garden, a Fragrant Garden (with a thyme lawn), a Rock and Water Garden (with a stream and pond), and a Winter Garden (a formal knot garden that looks great even in winter). You can see a garden plan in the original blog post.

I'm so ready for spring ((sigh)). What a gorgeous garden and tremendous work, I'm sure, as this didn't happen over night! A lot of planning and a good eye went into it.

@DeMarie I Your right, the Merlin's Hollow garden is over 30 years in the making and is a consuming pastime for the two homeowners/gardeners who live there.

@Carla Haselhorst Hi Carla, These pictures were actually taken a few years ago. I have been back to this garden a few times and it always blows me away.
