I used to raise doves but throughout the years the doves have passed away in which I now have a empty cage. I decided to make use out of this aviary and make it my own outdoor craft room. A place where I can do outdoor crafts. Once I pressured washed the inside I revamped the whole inside with items I had already.
I put in wood chips on the floor and a bigger door. I nailed up paneling, hung valances, framed in one window, and now I am adding some of my own art decor.
I made my own handle for the door with a glass coffee pot top and a cool metal handle I found.
I painted the door inside and out.
How pretty?
I got these valances half off $5.99. They worked perfectly!
Aviary inspired decor
My bubble wrap window above the door.
My neighbors next to my play room are my pet ducks and turkey. This is their field and I can look into it from my windows,
Follow the walkway to the creek.
It's coming along with very little money spent.

It makes it more of a challenge to see what I can come up with. My door knob is a glass coffee pot top and a wine stopper. lol It works perfect.
