Hello everyone! Here is a cute and fun DIY to bring a bit of sunshine to your desk. I spend a lot of time at the office, and these mini vases bring me a lot of joy and inspiration. These can also make great gifts for Mother's Day and you can add inside real flowers or fake flowers to make them more special.
Materials:
-Mini bottles from the craft stores or you can recycle some bottles that you already have
-Air Drying Clay -I'm using extra light, but you can use any type
-Acrylic Paint
-Flowers
Start by covering the bottle with clay. Add an extra layer of clay around the top edge. Use a barbecue stick or a toothpick to create details.
Use a paint brush dipped in water to smooth out imperfections.
For the second cactus I used the same steps.
Leave them to dry over night (at least 12 hours)
The last step is to cover them in acrylic paint. You can also use a sealer at the end. I usually use acrylic varnish but that's optional
And you are done! You can also check out the video bellow to see the whole process , and also 2 extra desk decoration ideas. Please also check out my Youtube Channel to see more ideas.
