Saving Strawberry Crowns

I love eating strawberries and I thought of saving those crowns and inserted them between my magazine pages to flatten them. Then I used a contrasting color scrapbook paper to stick them using glue. Then I dug some of my colored buttons and put in the center of each crown. I now have these strawberry crown flowers decorated in my scrapbooks.

put glue on the background scrapbook paper
put on the dry strawberry crowns carefully and let it dry for about 30 minutes
cut the edges leaving a little space to show off the background then stick the buttons in the middle to cover the gap...wait some minutes to dry.
and presto!!! Strawberry crown flowers ready.

These are adorable. Another idea, put a small magnet on the back to hold pictures on your refrigerator.
