DIY Floral Hoop Wreath

Decorate your own floral hoop wall hanging with pretty pink cherry blossoms and whimsical greenery. Gold hoop wreaths make for beautiful backdrops or even alternative wedding bouquets. With artificial flowers you can create a lasting keepsake for your home.

Begin by trimming your floral stems. Using wire cutters, cut apart the cherry blossom sprays so you have several different lengths. Make sure to leave 3-4” of stem to attach to the hoop. Hold your longest flower spray to the hoop and attach it by wrapping the stem and hoop together with floral tape.
Layer greenery along the flower spray and attach with floral tape. Mirror this in opposite direction on the hoop, with a second cherry blossom and eucalyptus spray.
Cut 12 lengths of each type of ribbon, approximately 16” long each. Tie the ribbons to the hoop, starting at one end of the flower sprays and working to the other side. Alternating between the two ribbon types as you go.
Cut the stems off of the rose heads using wire cutters. With hot glue, attach the rose heads to the taped flowers, filling in gaps and covering the taped sections as you go.
Cut one more piece of ribbon to tie to the top of the hoop as a hanger.
