I wanted a clock like this for a long time, but didn't want to pay the price for one, so I decided to make one, with the help of my husband. it started off as some re purposed wood.
I started out by gluing re purposed wood pieces together, then I drew a circle and had my husband cut it out. Teamwork!
He then planned the round piece, so that it was smoothed and even. It is now ready to become a beautiful clock!
I wanted a certain pattern, so I made my own custom stencil and proceeded to paint. I love how it looks!
Once I was satisfied on how the stencil looked, I added on some dot flowers.
I then added the 4 basic numbers and the dots around for the rest. It is starting to look like a clock!
Once that was all dry, I added the clear coat, and the clock mechanism. It is finished!
Then I used it as the center piece of my wall gallery, I am very happy the way it turned out!! I hope you enjoyed!

Did you just glue the sides of the wood together or was there anything on the back side to help hold it together? Great job !
