This bottle is so easy to make and if you're a crafter, you probably already have everything you need. Grab your glue gun, glitter and all that shimmers for this fabulous fall bottle decor! This is definitely a conversation starter Lol!
As usual, I have provided a step by step video that is in more detail if you wish to watch that or keep scrolling for the written step by step. Let's get started!
First using a brush and whatever white glue you have ( I used Mod Podge Gloss ) cover about a third of the bottle, vertically, with the glue. Alternating between gold, orange, and red glitter, cover the section of glue.

Tip: Place something under to catch fallout glitter. I used wax/parchment paper.
Once you've covered that section, do another until the whole bottle is covered in glitter except the neck. Let that completely dry before doing the neck.

Tip: I set mine in front of a small fan so it dries faster.
When that's all dry, cover the neck the same way or you can do what I did and use all the fallout glitter to cover it up. Then let that completely dry.

Tip: Place something else under to catch the fallout and keep alternating until fully covered. I used another piece of wax/parchment paper.
Making sure it's completely dry, spray it with a glitter sealer. I used Krylon's Glitter blast sealer.

Tips:
1.) Do not use Mod Podge or any white glue to seal it as it will dull the shine of the glitter.
2.) If you don't want to use the sealer you can do what I used to do and seal it with hair spray! Yup, that works too!
Using a hot glue gun, I randomly glued on all the leaves. I used fake leaves I had bought at Michael's that had glitter on them as well.

Tips:
1.) Make sure you know where you want them because once you've placed them with the hot glue, you can't take them off.
2.) Be careful not to burn yourself.
Then add some cotton thread to the rim of the bottle.
Hot glue the acorns and beads to the neck. I got mine from Michael's but if you have acorns where you live, use those. Just glitter some of them with matching glitter.
Now you have a beautiful sparkly centerpiece for the fall, that's sure to grab anyone's attention! Thanks for taking the time to check my DIY out. Hope you enjoyed it and maybe sparked some ideas for you!

Could this be done on any glass bottle or jar? It is so beautiful and I have so many mason jars that I need to do something with.

I think you did a wonderful job. I love that idea and. I'm planning to try it. When I'm done, I will post. Thanks for the great share. It's always good to exchange ideas too. This is also a wonderful time of the year, that makes you think of sharing and giving to others. This would make a nice gif for someone who cannot go out and purchase decorations or make their own. SHARING IS AWESOME TO YOUR CREATIONS!
