Why spend so much money on decorating your home this Fall season when you can DIY it yourself.
I will show you how easy it is to put together a beautiful pumpkin centerpiece for your family and friends to enjoy.
First start with any size craft pumpkin. The on in the picture came from Michaels. It's 10" in diameter.
Next cut the top off. You can use any knife handy.
Next I am using a 5" x 5'"x 5' block of dry foam
you might have to cut the corners down some so it will fit into the pumpkin,
After you have added the foam inside the pumpkin now it's time to start decorating and building your masterpiece.
Here are some of the tools you will need:
Scissors
Pliers
Wire Cutters
Hot Glue Gun
Pick Machine (optional)
Some other embellishments that can be added such as
smaller pumpkins and pinecones
Next you will need lots of beautiful floral, Fall picks or anything you want to add.
Start by adding your tallest items in the center of the foam. Make sure the height is the same as the height of your pumpkin. ( this is only if you want a tall centerpiece)
Or if you want a short arrangement keep everything at half the height of the pumpkin/container.
Now start adding your larger flowers. You want to add enough so no matter which you are looking at your centerpiece is looks balanced at any direction.
Now it's time to add your smaller flowers or embellishments to fill in and gaps.
I hope you enjoy this easy way to make your home Fall ready.
Thanks and Happy Crafting!!

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
What color did you paint the pumpkin?
Do you sell these?
Hello. Beautiful wreath and centerpiece. My question is about your awesome glue gun set-up. Lol. Where, if you don't mind me asking, did you buy your glue gun and the holder like that? It's the neatest one I've ever seen. Thank you for your time and for showing us how to create the pumpkin!
