Antique Vanity Makeover

The Rustic Duchess
by The Rustic Duchess
This antique vanity had seen better days. It was cleaned and some of the damaged veneer was removed and patched. It was done with Maison Blanche Paint in Wrought Iron, Vanille, and Franciscan Grey. Both dark and light wax were used and some stenciling finished it off.
All finished.
A few close up shots!
This was in pretty rough shaped when we picked it up.
The blistered veneer was removed.
Here all the damaged veneer was removed.
The damage spots were filled and sanded.
The top got a coat of primer after all the repairs.
