I’ve always wanted to make a wreath but thought it was extremely hard. So, I’ve never even attempted it until I saw Nick’s video on HomeTalk's Facebook page.()

I was blown away on how it easy it all looked. So, I had to try it on my own.

Thanks Nick and HomeTalk for sharing.

I know I wanted to try this for Halloween so I went to one of my favorite places the Dollar Tree. (Always on a budget lol) I got everything I needed the wreath, mesh, pipe cleaners but also got some great "unconventional" things that I thought I could use to make this my version.

Hope you guys like.
Cut mesh 4 inches wide, for each color
Roll each color together
Tie the pipe cleaner around to the three colors of mesh
Then, tie it to the wreath
I noticed some people cute the extra pipe cleaner but I thought it added some extra texture to it.
Use a pair of scissors to poke a hole at the top of the “skull”
Tie the knot to the end of the pipe cleaner
Use the scissors to push it thru the hole you created
Tie that to the wreath so it’s hanging in the center
I added some Halloween rings by poking them into the mesh
Also added some battery operated lights and secured the battery pack with a pipe cleaner
And viola… you got yourself a scary but oh so cute looking wreath

I love it!! So cute. I saw Nick‘s HomeTalk live too and I’ve been looking for the mesh ever since but none of my Dollar Trees have it. I found it on Amazon but I’m not willing to pay that much for it. If my store does get it in, how many rolls of each color did you use?
