50 Dollar Bathroom Makeover

With just $50 we were able to turn this yellow and brown bathroom, into a modern white dream. We painted tile, and painted cabinets to bring this outdated bathroom back to life.
Our bathroom was dated from the 80's and while the floor had been replaced a decade or two back, the only other thing that was replaced in the last 10 years was the mirror. The rest of the bathroom was many shades of yellow and brown. The counters were a yellow tinted marble material.
Our tub and shower tile was a mini square tile that was different shades of brown with brown grout. The saving grace for us, was that all the tiles were in good shape, making the tile paint a viable option.
Using the tile paint, I painted the tile.
I also used the same product for the counters.
We spray painted the cabinets and mirror.
The results were incredible! Our bathroom now looks like it was from this decade! icon
A few coats on the bathroom tile, and the transformation, was incredible.
Hard to believe what 50 dollars and a little elbow grease can do.
Best budget bathroom makeover project for beginner DIY'ers. You just need to know how to paint.
