My son bought his first home and it's a fixer upper
The brick cottage fixer upper
This is the home he purchased and each room was transformed. In the kitchen we tore out the bottom cabinets and removed the flooring
Before
the refrigerator was in an awkward place next to the stove with no work station.
Before
cleaned the house out and removed all the appliances except the refrigerator because it still worked.

The house needed to be jacked up in this area. Hired professionals to do the work and add additional support beams
Painted the kitchen and ripped out the bottom cabinetry because of the missing drawers.
Removed the cabinet from this area and relocated on wall adjacent to the other cabinets.
Purchased new cabinets, countertops and flooring from Lowe's.
This is the new cabinets and flooring. Created a work station to flank the oven.
Installed the peel and stick tile for a backsplash
New kitchen sink and faucet was installed with the countertop

How much were the peel and stick backsplash and how many to a pack? Love the flooring too. Great job.

Very nice. Your son must be proud of his first house and he should be. Just a thought, removing that scalloped trim on cabinet above sink would make it look more up to date.
