Finishing up the renovation at my son's fixer-upper
My son took the leap of purchasing his first home and this is where the journey began. This is the living room the day of viewing the home
The before space
This how the dining room looked the day we went to view the home
Here is one of the bedrooms which was very dated
Removed all the furniture and carpet for a clean slate to begin the renovation

Pulled up all the carpet and tacks praying for good hardwood floors but unfortunately, they were too badly damaged to save.
Painted the rooms a pale grey with black trim for a more contemporary look.
One bedroom was painted navy blue and the other was painted a softer blue
Used a staple gun to pin down the underlayment and Installed the laminate flooring
Here is the finished look for the house
This is the view from the living room into the dining room and foyer
This is the main bedroom finished look
Second bedroom with the fresh paint and new flooring
