Hi there!

I did a black feathered Xmas tree skirt last week, and I loved it so much, I decided to use the feathers leftover to make a Xmas wreath.

I created a round form with a pool noodle and I hot glued feathers on it. I didn't take pictures but here is one from my tree skirt project... Same idea!... Except that you'll have to use the lowest temperature possible so the noodle doesn't melt!
I then put together all the decorative elements that I wanted to use:
  • Gold metallic ribbon,
  • Christmas' balls
  • Metallic ornements hangers
  • Burlap ribbon
  • Battery led string lights
  • Falalala sign
  • Black yarn and ribbon
With a ribbon, I attached all the smaller balls together and fixed the on the wreath. I then attached the bigger ones. At this point, I installed the wreath on its support to help me see the becoming result and keep my two hands available. I also fixed the Falalala sign and was able to gage the length of the ribbon for the sign to be at the right height.
With the metallic ribbon and the burlap one, I created a multi layers bow. I am not good at all with bows, but I think this one is not bad at all! I simply fold, and fold, and fold, and attached everything in the middle with a ribbon.
I attached the gold metallic ribbon to the light string, as shown below.
Time to fix the lights to the wreath! With metallic ornaments hangers folded in two, I fixed the ribbon/string to the wreath.
I finally hidden the battery box behind the wreath and fixed the bow made previously.
🎵 Falala, falala, lalala!! 🎵

If you like this wreath, you'll probably like my feathered Xmas tree skirt too! See link below.

🎄 Hope you'll have a Merry Xmas!! 🎅
