Plastic leaches BPA into your life, PLUS it's horrible for our world. Here's one way you can start easily to get rid of plastic! Make your own reusable cling wrap using organic cloth and just a few other easy to find ingredients. Makes GREAT gifts too!
Step 1) Lay your cut cloths on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with ingredients (Beeswax, Pine Rosin, Jojoba Oil). Heat in the oven.
Step 2) Remove from heat and hang to cool. Cut edges with pinking shears if desired.
Step 3) Use and enjoy! To clean, just wash with mild detergent and cool water. Hang to dry. These last MONTHS!
Step 3) Use and enjoy! To clean, just wash with mild detergent and cool water. Hang to dry. These last MONTHS!

NOTE: The cost given is an estimate for just 1 cloth. You can literally make hundreds of these with standard purchased amounts of beeswax, rosin and jojoba oil! Super frugal, pretty, and useful gift!

well who uses cling film. I am 69 and never use it. put a plate or old saucer on top of dishes of food leave stuff in the pot and cover with a lid like this. no need to wrap it up. I cant see the point i doing this is you have to purchase stuff to make it . it doesnt appear to use any waste items at all , only stuff you buy! that means no improvement to the planet for me.
