This bottle was a request. It is a lovely bottle for a teens room or even a great addition to make for a science project... just make it on a plastic soda bottle for safety. You could also use this same technique on paper, a poster, wood or canvas to get this galaxy glam look! icon I put this as medium difficulty because it takes time to make.
I have also provided a very detailed step by step video if you want to watch that or just keep scrolling and follow these steps. Let's get started!
Using a pouncer brush and white matte acrylic paint... coat the whole bottle. Let that dry.
Using black acrylic paint and a pouncer brush, coat the whole bottle again and let that dry. Now you have the canvas you will be working on. You can do this same method to any surface.
Using a dry pouncer brush and the darkest purple, I painted random splotches all around the bottle.

For this bottle I used:
1.) Two Purples (one dark and one light)
2.) Two Pinks (one dark and one light)
3.) Four Blues (from darkest to lightest)
You can use more shades in between if you'd like.

Tips
1.) When working on this bottle do not use water. If you have to walk away for a couple of minutes to do something else... cover the brushes with plastic wrap or a plastic bag so the paint doesn't dry out on them. If you are going to take longer then you can wash them and let them dry fully before continuing.

2.) Make sure to wipe off any excess paint off the brush and then blot it on a paper towel when working on the colors.

Now paint the lightest purple on top of the dark purple, on every splotch you painted.

Use a light hand and don't cover it completely. You want to highlight.
I used the same brush I used for the dark purple, it helps the overall look.

Add all the other colors starting with the darkest of its color and go up to the lightest. Create layers but don't cover the previous color completely. You want to place hints of color over each color.

That is why it's important to blot the excess paint off the brush.

Once you have finished adding all the paint and it has dried. Add glitter glue in the colors pink and purple to all the pink and purple paint. I also added it to any black spots. You can add blue glitter if you want, I just didn't have any at the time icon
Using white acrylic paint and a thin brush, paint dots all around the bottle in a star shower kind of way. If that makes any sense lol.

Also, make bigger stars by painting a cross and an X over it.
Add planets to all the black spots. Make a purple circle and high light it the same way you did the rest of the bottle. I outlined them all with the pink paint.
Using a fan brush I spattered white paint around the planet.
Finally add diamond glitter glue to the outline of all the planets, each star, and dot and once that's all dry... add rhinestones to the center of each big star.
Do the same thing to the cap minus all the white dots and you're done!
This is what it should look like when you are done. I always have fun when I'm creating and this one was relaxing and fun. So take your time, have fun with the colors and try this galaxy theme on anything you'd like! Hope you enjoyed! icon
