If you need a place to store all the little things in your craft room or home office, how about updating a thrift store spice rack?
This $6.99 Goodwill find is perfect for holding small supplies from your craft room, workshop, or office.
But, you don't want it to look like a spice rack, right?
So, make it over!
Add pretty washi tape to cover the spice labels
Use painters tape to cover any parts of the rack that you don't want painted.
On mine, I liked the chrome bars, but not the basic black plastic.
Use your favorite paint to update the rack.
Chalk paint or spray paint work best, but I used a regular house paint sample, and sealed it with Rustoleum clear sealer.
Now the fun part!
Fill your glass bottles with your supplies.
This clever storage solution is now perfect for displaying your glitter, buttons, pens, nails, paper clips, etc.
