With the cooler spring weather we are having the peas will grow well and be generous in their production. I seldom grow the shelled peas but prefer the sugar pod types and snow peas where we eat pod and all.

Pick your pea pods while they are still on the young side for tasty, tender peas.
Quickly sautee pods in a little butter and garnish with goat cheese:)
