Pink Bathroom Transformation-- Flip House Hall Bathroom Renovation

We recently flipped a house that was falling apart. After years of being a rental and many more years being vacant, we got ahold of it and transformed it from the floor to the ceiling. There were soooo many problems that needed to be fixed and the hall bathroom was probably the worst. The tile floor was cracked, the shower was about to fall through the floor, the sink had a terrible leak and the configuration didn't make great use of the space. Find out what the hall bath turned into and how we fixed the problems.
Pink Hall Bath Before
The pink hall bath was a sight and I don't mean a good one. There were so many problems in this bathroom and some were not uncovered until we started demo on the bathroom. There was water damage all around the bathroom and you don't even want to know what the inside of the toilet looked like. See all the before pics here: http://www.plantationrelics.com/?p=318.
Vanity side of the bathroom.
Here is a view of the vanity side of the bathroom. This was a very large bathroom to begin with but lacked functionality. The drawers didn't work in the vanity because they were warped and the stench. Gag!
And the pink is now gone. See all the demo pics and post here: http://www.plantationrelics.com/?p=476
Massive hole under the floor of the shower. This required more than subfloor repairs. We had to replace several floor joists and replaced the entire subfloor. Yikes! That is scary.
The new bathroom is refreshed and all the problems are now fixed. Cheers to a safe and functional hall bathroom!
