Ahhhh we're having such beautiful weather at the moment and what better way to celebrate than with a chilled beverage of choice, especially if it comes in a home made caddy.
This little one was made using some license plates, pieces of wood and a belt handle. It fits six bottles with ease and there's enough space for some ice too.
Love that license plate. I've always dreamed of cruising down Route 66 on an old Harley and just absorbing all that history along the way icon Anyone else feel the same? Okay, back to the caddy. This one is super easy to make. Measure and cut the bottom and two sides for the caddy from the piece of wood.
On each of the sides make a slit in the wood that's wide enough for the belt to thread through. Stain the wood with exterior, water resistant varnish.
Put the caddy together by screwing the license plates onto the sides and adding the bottom.
Thread the belt through the slits and your done. Anyone want to join me for a cold one?
The caddy has been lined with a super secret ingredient to make sure those cold ones, stay chilled too icon I would love to know what you think and how you're chillin' in this gorgeous weather.

P.S. You can see loads more photos, detailed instructions and why there are only 5 bottles in the caddy over on the blog link below icon
