Pretty Card Redo

When a friend of mine sent me this card a few
months ago, i knew I wanted to do something with it. It was just too pretty to languish in a drawer.
The pretty card
i bought a larger canvas and prepared to enhance it for the card. With some paints I already had I began covering the canvas.

I wiped some of the
paint off as it would be covered with card anyway and I wanted a cloud effect.
Next i coveredthe canvas with Modge Podge.
I positioned the postcard on top and proceeded to cover it thickly with more Modge Podge and used annold toothbrush to fray the 4 corners and edges while still wet.

Voila! Doesn’t she look pretty now? Love it for my granddaughter‘s room.
