Sliding Door for Bathroom

Our bathroom has a large opening that I wanted to be able to close without modifying the door frame to fit a regular door. This is a 4x7' 1/2" plywood with two Dollar store mirrors. We trimmed it out with 1x2 boards and painted. The hardware is from Amazon.
This is a photo of the room before we installed the new sliding door.
We determined how big the opening is that we wanted to cover and determined it was 4 x 6.5". So we knew plywood would work to keep the weight down. The plywood was cut to 7' in length to go to the top of the frame on the door. We then trimmed it out with 1x2 boards, painted both sides, and added the mirrors.
The hardest part was hanging the hardware on the wall. The rail was predrilled for every 16" but that did not work for the studs in our wall. After predrilling our own holes, we mounted the rail on a 1x4 board (painted) on the wall.
This is an after photo of the sliding door, it looks and functions great!
